This company brought our large and very heavy Costco order of 4 mattresses and a tv. The 3 men that delivered the items were professional and careful. Great communication with time of delivery, called twice so we had a lot of notice. Thank you Keaka, Isaac, and Casey for a job well done!

Worst experience ever! Delivered a washer/dryer combo to my condo from Costco. They put liquid detergent all over the floor to slide the old unit out. Then directed me to clean it up before they installed the new unit. Said they don't clean up. When I called them out on not bringing a movers mat to slide it out, was told to complain to Costco. Unbelievable!

Employees broke an expensive picture frame while delivering mattresses. Company management acknowledged responsibility but refused to cover the full expense because the manager was "surprised by the cost," leaving me to cover a $350 shortfall. Very unprofessional.

Be careful working with Island Movers. Had a delivery scheduled and they came 1 day earlier than booked and was not home so they were not able to deliver and they refused to reschedule delivery for another day. Still trying to get my delivery booked.
