We had an amazing experience with Pictures Plus and can’t say enough great things about Kalei and the entire team. Kalei is truly exceptional when it comes to customer service. From the moment we walked in, she made what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming or intimidating process completely effortless. Her eye for detail is remarkable, and within seconds of seeing our prints, she already had the perfect framing …

Mahalo to Kaulana and the team at Pictures Plus Kapolei for helping me put this together!! I've bought several frames from them in the past, but this was the first time I left the pieces with them to mount. Kaulana helped me with the matting and layout, and I'm extremely happy with how it came out! Will continue to purchase frames from you guys in the future! Thanks again!!

They are attentive and actually listen! Theyre helpful in aesthetic ideas (which people like me definitely need). Super communicative about timelines and direct calls if any decisions need to be made. The store front is awesome too. You can…

So I went in a little nervous because I didn’t know how much it would cost me, but as entered I was made to feel so comfortable and the nice lady( didn’t get her name) explained everything thoroughly and we had so much fun! It’s safe to say I pl…
