The island is changing, downtown? The buildings are newer and so tall it even blocks out the sun ☀️. Look at this building, 1 of the most handsome building around. The stories of the men who worked hard on this and a few others. Don't know why💁 it's closed?🙅 Where do I go to pay for electric? When I was a kid and while Mom paying for the bill. Been without power for 16 hours that's actually ridiculous. U guys are so money hungry, don't even invest in your guys' stuff to make sure it actually works/able to withstand windy/rainy conditions. It's so annoying, every time there's stormy weather it goes out for 12+ hours. The mainland doesn't do this and they get worse things than us.

Terrible company, honestly the most useless electric company in the US. Using old antiquated equipment and not updating to the modern age. They charge the highest rates out of any in the US for electricity. Yet we still have constant outages and are not proactive to prevent outages during storms, but actually reactive. Such incompetent people.

500 dollars a month for a 1 bedroom apt and you cant keep the power on during any minor weather event. Yall are a scam and pay 1 person 6 million a year all while screwinfg over the working class. You should be ashamed of yourself.

They are charging customers in Ewa double the electric in the summer before summer even starts... and also when usage doesn't increase. We consolodate our activity to one room to save money as a family and are using less and being charged more. Matter of fact, we're gone 12-16 hours a day working and not even home when its hot. Other family centrally located, gets charged the same year round. Whats up with that?
