Would rate zero if possible, after owning the property for the last 5 years the HOA fees have gone up $400 from the $800 original monthly fee. The property only contains a pool and parking lot, the units are owned by the residents. There is no reason this company should be allowed to conduct these predatory practices whilst providing no real labor.

This is the worst management company I've ever dealt with of all the properties I own. They take forever to return calls if they ever do. The latest is a citation received for Christmas decorations on a bush in front of our unit, which my neighbors and I have done for years. This company seems to think they control us rather than work for us.
