Great for shipping boxes to the Philippines and they do pickup at a cost.

Good service and good advice. We disassembled a sofa and big living room chair. We took the cardboard from two boxes, and used that to wrap up the disassembled pieces. Not the cheapest Balikbayan service, but in the Philippines, LBC is well known and reliable. They said our boxes would arrive in 2 months. We will provide an update.

They are a reliable company when it comes to shipping items to the Philippines. We have never had any issues of missing or damaged box's. Also, they give you a 4 hour window when they come to pick up your box's. Just wished they had more parking at the company. They have like only 4 stalls, which are usually full and there really is not any other place to park in the area.

First time using their services to send some joy to the Philippines. The process was a great experience. The staff were both friendly and completed my shipping process quite quickly as compared to the USPS. I look forward to using LBC again.

They only had Large boxes. Nothing bigger. I wonder if its a tactic to make the customer buy multiple boxes instead of 1 jumbo/xl. The Honolulu branch needs more options
