My 2015 Ford Explorer had a major failure with the water pump and had it towed to Orchid Island Ford in Hilo. I spoke with Becca Otto, my service representative and it was going to be a major repair, over $8000 and ordered the parts. Becca was outstanding. She kept me informed every step of the way by phone. She was very supportive and provided extremely good customer service from the beginning to the time of pick up…

If you own an electric Ford and live anywhere on the Big Island, Orchid Isle Ford in Hilo is the dealership you want in your corner. I have an F-150 Lightning and several Mustang Mach-Es, and the service team here has been absolutely outstanding keeping all of them running at their best. What really sets them apart is how much their managers personally invest in the customer relationship. Living in Waimea, getting t…

Grant is absolutely the BEST! I’ve had the pleasure of working with him twice now, last year and again this year. Both experiences have been incredible. He somehow managed to get me exactly what I wanted both times. He is quick, efficient, communicative, and genuinely goes above and beyond. He made sure my vehicle was absolutely perfect and completely ready for me before I even arrived, had everything taken care of i…

I thought that was my only chance to get the car I wanted. Wendel encourage…

I have bought 3 cars from here, the only place on island that I trust. Fair prices, excellent customer service, and super trustworthy with the quality of vehicles. I always go see Kristian, he is the best! He is super knowledgeable and helpful! He just sold me my Ridgeline and I LOVE it! I would not buy a car anywhere else on Big Island!
