Freddie was excellent to work with. Although he wasn’t able to repair our A/C, he was honest, professional, and communicated everything clearly throughout the process. He took the time to explain what was going on, why it couldn’t be fixed, and what our next steps would be, which we really appreciated. On top of that, Freddie was genuinely kind and easy to talk to. His customer service was outstanding, and he made w…

This is the second time dealing with Cool Air Systems. This visit they came to troubleshoot my Mitsubishi AC unit. Sean said they could order parts but being that my unit is 20 years old, I just decided to purchase a new unit. I was lucky they had a new unit at their shop and brought it over and installed it the same day. They were very friendly and professional. These are definitely my AC guys and I have even recomm…

They were very good They came in a timely manner, The tech was knowledgeable, he analyzed the issue. He had his office check on the warranty, requested the part, left to get it, came back and installed the new electronic boards. Finished in good timing, Thanks for the warranty covering parts, and we didn’t purchase the system from them either. Excellent, knowledgeable service!!!!! Will use them again if needed.

Had a great experience with Cool Air. Sean was very knowledgeable and helpful. They were always flexible with my schedule. The split AC system they installed has been working great and has significantly increased quality of life in our home. Highly recommended.

After getting my invoice, the itemized cost of the work that was done was reasonable: complete unit cleaning, found freon leak, made a weld repair, evac the system, recharged & full Op Test. Freon got expensive ! Will certainly call on these guys again for a yearly cleaning & check up. Excellent service and skilled technicians with on-time service. Quickly diagnosed the pro…
