I will surely be utilizing EI Electrical services again. Great customer service and promptness from start to finish. Charlie the technician showed up just prior to the scheduled time and was professional, knowledgeable, and communicated from start to finish. Joe on the other end of the phone was just as great! Thank you Charlie & Joe.

This company is legit and so thorough. From the second I spoke to the dispatcher (was it Suzanne??) I knew i was dealing with a very professional company. And the electrician they send out, Charlie, was top notch in his thoroughness explaining everything to me and also had a ton of patience. I appreciated them getting me out of an emergency situation with my circuit breaker issue and definitely would go with them aga…

JP stayed to make sure that I got the vid…

Tech JP was awesome! He took time to explain what was wrong and gave us 2 quotes to pick from. Very knowledgeable and personable young man. Also Joe was very helpful and got his tech to come within an hour. Will definitely recommend this company to everyone I know!

They sent Dan out within an hour or two and by …
