I put out a request needing my springs replacement on my home garage door. Three separate companies were reviewing my request but never reached out. 15 minutes after my request, Raynor reached out, answered all of my questions then scheduled my appointment for the next day. (YES!) AJ (technician) was prompt, courteous and honest, a huge plus for me. He explained everything that needed to be repaired/replaced immediat…

Our Raynor garage door stopped working late at night, leaving one of our cars stuck inside. I called Raynor the next morning and was immediately greeted by a friendly, helpful voice — a great start. I was so pleased to call Raynor Garage door for service and work with Javian. He replaced the weather strip and did maintenance. I was pleased he recognized some wear that will create potential problem in the future but he did not pressure me to do those repairs now. He provided excellent service, was polite and professional. I can highly recommend Raynor and Javian.

He showed up on time within the scheduled window and sent a text and called me by phone to inform me that he was on his way. He was very patient and thorough in explaining the diagnosis, discussing options for repair and related costs and teaching how to care for and maintain the door and equipment. Kamu installed and serviced my garage…
