Thank you to your service technician Don. He was very busy for our service call, but still problem solved our alarm needs. In fact he went over and beyond his time to figure out why our system wasn't working and eventually got it up and running. What a great person for your company! God Bless and thank you! Clyde

I was almost hit by one of their drivers, in the intersection when I had the right of way. Driver switched from the right lane to the left lane and made a fingergun at me. I called the company and police, the company hasnt contacted me at all but the very next day in the morning I see the driver in a different vehicle with a different license plate number. This company could care less about KEEPING HAWAII SAFE. 🙄 💰

I had my Alarm System over 5 years and every time I call I never get a call back after 3 days of waiting. Service guy came to my home and didn't fix the problem. Now I'm trying to call them again and no one answers. I've waited for 30 min on the line and hung up. The service is so bad just trying to get someone on the phone and having them come out to check my camera's. I would never recommend anyone to them!

Then an HOUR later, after our safe was stolen, a second alarm was triggered when the thief opened our side door that had a t…

Unfortunately, the technician didn't have the proper battery. On the fourth appointment, the technician had the correct battery. Fixed, so I thought. For less than a week the motion sensor worked. Now when I set the alarm for the n…
