The punch list was completed diligently. Adam is amazing. We are very happy with the renovation and team work done on our house in Ko Olina, HI.

I cannot recommend Island Residential / Island Contractors enough! From the very first contact, they were responsive, thoughtful, and encouraging. Many contracting firms didn’t even return my calls. Sean and Brandon not only responded, but worked with me long-distance to determine what we could tackle within my needs and budget. We traded sketches, ideas for materials, and screenshots, ultimately deciding on a great …

I bought a fixer upper that I wanted to be my forever home. I’m so glad I found Island Contractors. Very professional & very transparent. They’re not only nice guys - which means a lot - but more importantly, they do quality work. Can I give them six stars?
