Brian and his team are outstanding. They installed my roof and gutters two years ago, and everything still looks brand new. Recently, I experienced an issue with one of the gutters, and Brian personally came out to assess it. He replaced the entire gutter at no charge. That level of accountability speaks volumes about Brian’s character and how he runs his company. Too often with many businesses, once the job is comp…

YAMA'S ROOFING excellent service, from initial contact with Brian (with a ton of questions) about changing the roof and installing new gutters, to the completion of the job....ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations!!! Very impressed with how well the crew work together to get the job done. Beyond professional, "seamless" (pun intended). They all know exactly what to do and how to do it, all business. Even my neighbors were…

Great teams to work on my roof in a day! My roof is still looking fabulous 😍 for our lifetime! Thank goodness for replacement of 40 years old corrugated metal roof to brand new corrugated metal roof. It will last another 40 years or so! Mahalo plenty, Yama's Roofing Company!!!

I never imagined hiring a roofing company could be so enjoyable. Yama’s Roofing office staff, Brian and the Yama’s crew were more than professional and very helpful. Communication with them was always pleasant and efficient. All questions answered in a timely manner and Brian went out of his way to meet and share roofing samples. Yama’s Roofing prices are very fair even during this time of high construction costs.…

Frustrating experience, horrible customer service. Once we got through and spoke with Kelly who took our information and told us to wait for a quote. Followed up many times, one of the times we actually got through to someone and they said they'd call back to schedule an in person inspection. That was the last time we were able to speak with someone. This has been going on for the last two months. Giving up now.
