Kevin fixed my thermostat in about an hour. I sent photos of the issue beforehand, so he already came with the replacement parts and did both the diagnosis and repair in one go. I was relieved I didn’t have to schedule another appointment. He worked quietly and quickly and was very respectful. So glad to have our new thermostat!

I have a quad split as it wasn’t blowing cold and Kim came out on Monday, June 1, to diagnose the problem. He determined the indoor coil on one of the splits was leaking and showed me the oil stains. AIR MASTERS Rep Mr. Jessie Chancoco provided an extremely thorough work product. He allowed me to follow him and showed me the conditions of the condensate fallout and exterior unit pressure. He then proceeded to clean the Interior unit and completed with a test. We are extremely happy and will not hesitate to contact AIR MASTERS again. Thank you Jessie - for a job well done. Thank you also to Kelley - who helped us…

The compressor unit is located in a very tiny, hard-to-access space on our lanai, so I was especially grateful when the system suddenly stopped blowing cold air that I was able to get help so quickly. Within an hour of submitting the online service …

I cannot recommend Air Masters enough! Duke and Rex did install today and they were fabulous! Very kind and considerate. Rex walked me through different options to make sure the drain and unit caused the least amount of home disruption. They are the dynamic duo!
