Dr. Jao is wonderful and I've been going to him for 12 years. Appreciate his expertise so much, that even after I had to move to the mainland to take care of my mother, refuse to lose him as my GI guy. Great credentials and can help you be proactive with nutrition to avoid Colon Rectal disease.

SHYLA, the nurse receptionist and Dr. Yuki both didn’t let me talk or speak and I felt like I wasn’t hea…

I really hate to leave bad reviews and honestly, this one isn't even for the doc. I only saw the nurse practitioner.I don't really want to get into details, but I'll second other people's reviews here that the staff is unprofessional and incompetent. Canceled 2 appointments and failed to tell me. Also ordered procedures for symptoms I never said I had. She didn't really listen to me and sat with her back to me the …
