Our builder used Manning Building Supplies for most of his needs and we have had a couple of occasions to need to deal with them for issues related to various products. Each and every time they've gone way above what was expected and are simply a pleasure to do business with. The staff is not only helpful but friendly and genuinely committed to assisting with my specific issues and needs. Specifically Mark and Sco…

Their website says that they are the leader in the building materials and supplies industry providing choice products and services to contractors, builders and ***homeowner***... I am a business owner and tried to buy 30 sheets of plywood, but they refused to sell me the materials. They said it is for contractors only. I should add that the tone wasn't very friendly either!

This place is account sales only!! Also when you apply for an account it’s kind of a guts thing if they will get you an approval if you're not sympathyc to them then you will have no luck.. I am a vendor to big builders and would have bought a lot of material from them. They loosing serious amount of money with the business strategy they have! Not recommend to go there!
