I had a red light indicating something was wrong on my Generac generator. I call the dealer that installed it. They wanted $700 - that's not a typo - $700 to come out for a service call. We have always had a very positive experience with Premier Power Systems. However, our recent experience was fantastic. On Friday, August 16, about 4:30 pm, all our power shut down in our house. Their service technician John, made a thorough inspection of our system pointing out some installation issues (PPS did not install our generator) to which we we were grateful for and had PPS correct.
