I brought in a QSC K12.2 for a non-warranty physical repair (stuck/broken XLR jack) on their first day open after the holiday break. I am a musician that plays weekly on the beach and I’m rough on my Electronics. I’m glad to have found a reliable service center. They were friendly and efficient.
