After making 47/60 payments of $40 totaling $1720/$2400 I sold the home and Dynamark wants me continue monitoring service or pay the $500. I had to move for job relocation and you can imagine the cost I acquired during the move. Who does this? I would never EVER EVER recommend this company for monitoring services. Single income family!!! Awful way of taking care of customers. Awful!

Had the sales rep come out and it turned to be the owner. Never gave me an estimate or a quote. Never returned a phone called. Called a year later and the sales rep was the owner and he didn’t want to do business with me and it’s his prerogative.. How is this company still alive? Wow.... I’ld find another place to do business with.
