The robotic voice does not solve any issues and the wait of over 30 minutes to speak to a person is unacceptable. I always pay early and I wanted to know why my payment was not processed. This is the first time I have had a problem with my checks making it on time. 🐺

Making me wait 2 YEARS before issuing me a refund for my security deposit I was forced to pay to active service is cruel beyond measure. My account has been on auto-pay since the beginning and I have made on-time payments for an ENTIRE YEAR and was told I have to wait another year before I am refunded. What an absolute joke.
