Called and booked a same day appointment with Miranda, who explained the fees and which electrician would be coming. Electricians Wesley and Ismael arrived on time. The problem was immediately identified and the cause completely explained and repaired. Both techs were incredibly professional and respectful with outstanding customer service skills.

Have resumed using this company for my yearly generator maintenance. Very pleased with their service person, Anthony B. Steady efficient worker with appropriate generator knowledge to accomplish task. Cost is comparable to other local companies. I've used American Electric in the past and have always been satisfied.

Brandon at American elatrecal was a God send. He took the time out of his day to help me diagnose an electrical issue. It's hard to find a good and honest person in the service business these days but he sure is. Thanks again and may God bless you 10× over brother.
