Our pep-tank was not working due to faulty wire (rusted) feeding the control panel. On the positive side, the technician (Adam) was great in every respect and he quickly fixed the problem. The shockingly negative aspect is that David-Grey’s normal labor rate is currently $400/hr (which is also being charged for the technician’s time while driving to the supply house to get the replacement part).
