1st Choice Property Management has been an amazing company to work with. They are responsive, well organized and very easy to work with. Cindy, the owner, is professional, kind and genuinely cares. Highly recommend her and her team!

I love & highly recommend 1st Choice Property Management! Cindy and Jackie are always just a text or phone call away! I have been renting a home for almost 2 years with 1st choice and their management and customer service are impeccable. Highly satisfied and Highly recommended.

This has been by far the best rental experience I’ve had. The team is organized, quick to resolve any issues, and genuinely makes you feel valued as a tenant. I couldn’t be happier with their service!

If you ever need to actually go into the office, it’s very confusing to find! But Jackie at the front desk is super sweet and pleasant to work with!

Cindy Gentry went above and beyond on the sale of my uncles condo. From hiring a cleaning service, removal of furniture, etc. which was a huge help as I live in another state. Estate sales are always bitter sweet but she made the process smooth. Thank you Cindy!!
