He does a great job identifying issues and communicating them clearly to buyers with photos, written descriptions, and verbal explanations. Jeff is a detail oriented and experienced inspector. His report was extremely thorough with many pictures. We met him at the property and he answered all of our questions and put us at ease with this process.
