Building my home with DMF Homes was an outstanding experience from start to finish. They estimated 7–8 months from groundbreaking to move-in, and they delivered right on time. From the very beginning, I had the freedom to shape my home exactly how I wanted it. At the architectural stage, I could tweak the plans, and throughout the build I made hundreds of design decisions. My husband and I built our first house with DMF homes and they were incredible. We were able to customize and build our dream home. We had a great experience from the start. They are very responsive, professional, and everything was always on schedule. Our house was complete exactly when they said it would be and everything is amazing quality. We are in love with our new home!

We have already recommended several of our friends to DMF …

We had an excellent experience buying our home from DMF Homes. From start to finish, Derrick and his team were professional, responsive, and accommodating. Even after closing, they continued to provide outstanding support and ensured everything was up to both our and their standards. Highly recommend DMF Homes if you’re looking for a builder who cares about quality and service.

I was very uncomfortable with the idea of building but they made the process so easy that I feel like I could do it again. Truly a stress free process and everyt…
