I hired SERVPRO Team George for work on a 6 unit investment property, and they were great to work with from day one. The whole team was professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the project. What I appreciated most was how honest and straightforward they were. They kept me updated, showed up when they said they would, and handled everything in a timely manner without cutting corners. You can …

We just finished working with Servpro after our renovated garage/casita was damaged due to a leaking toilet. From coming in right away to slow down water damage, to staring drying equipment to coordinating the cleanup and restoration - everything was done in an efficient and timely manner. Special acknowledgement to Stephanie and Ronaldo for handling the after clean-up restoration of our casita. It came out lookin…

I am so grateful and appreciative for Jay the manager at Serve Pro in west pasco county. I had called/emailed serve pro several times to have someone check my electric and no one would respond or get back to me for 3 days. I ended up speaking with Jay and he had my issue taken care of same day. He was very informative and had great customer service skills. I wish everyone at Serve Pro was like Jay. Give him a raise…

Great experience with their remodeling service. The team was professional, reliable, and paid close attention to every detail. They transformed our space beautifully, used high-quality materials, and completed the project on time. The final result exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality remodeling work.

ServPro only seem to be interested in making huge sums of money off a customer - even fabricating issues that are nonexistent. The quotes you are now giving me are for things that were not damaged and do not require any repair. For some reason my Insurance company called them in, but I will NEVER use ServPro again. NEVER!
