From the time we purchased our home in Florida in June we knew we were going to replace the existing hot tub, it was sunken in and very old. We looked up hot tub places near us and SW Florida Hot Tubs was 5 minutes away so we took a drive, from the time we walked in and met Kara I immediately felt at ease talking to her since it was a big purchase. The process was one of the best "big purchase" experiences I've had and I can't recommend them enough.
