Vitali is the greatest. He was our savior after our nightmare with Pro Pool Builders. He came in and took over. He took us step by step, kept to his word. He's a hardworking man and a perfectionist Our Pool came out beautiful. We just love him and the wonderful job he did. We would recommend him to anyone. Very trustworthy and honest.
