After purchasing a house find Phoenix Pools supplied and installed all the pool equipments. From day one their variable speed pool pump was leaking and pool filter lid opening mechanism wasn't working right. Contacted the company, exchanged 7-8 text messages, more than 6 weeks passed and several excuses and promises, but nothing happened. I regret hiring Phoenix Pools / Chris Zwarka, he’s not deserving of your trust. It’s almost a year now since hiring him and still waiting on the job to be finished. He makes promises but never follows through. The light fixture is still sitting on the pool deck (attached to the wire) waiting to be installed which is illegal. It’s a commercial pool in an apartment building and the health dept won’t allow us to open th…

Chris from Phoenix Pools is the last person you want to deal with. He seems nice and professional but dealing with him is a nightmare. He’s a liar, irresponsible, and unprofessional creature. Never trust him or his company who is under his wife’s name. I’m going after his license. He won’t be able to scam people anymore.

Subcontractor and customer beware. Chris runs a horrible business at Phoenix Pools Inc. He doesn’t not pay his subcontractors or complete the customers work. He will take your money and avoid you at all cost. DO NOT DO WORK WITH PHOENIX POOLS INC.
