The most frustrating thing about this building by far is the elevators and the new management. The elevators are constantly out of service. When they do work, they stop on nearly every floor, making a simple trip take forever. At this point, it’s beyond ridiculous. Used to be a great spot but apartment balcony has been closed for over a year, despite raising rental prices. Terrible experience living here. Elevators are extremely SLOW and constantly DOWN. In rainy days you will get 20 ppl wait in the lobby just to squeeze into one car that is manually operated by a guy. WATER OUTAGE. Door locks are sloppy. Amenities are very old. The front desk calls you everytime when you have a delivery. And if you missed the call, the delivery will just fail. NOT RECOMMEND for anyone.
