Vent windows in my garage door broke due to heat and sun. I have been trying for over one year to get help or advise from the HOA. I called again this week, Yalitza sent out an email immediately and I received a response in minutes. She gave me a resolution and now it is up to me to follow through. Thank You Yalitza for your actions very appreciated.

Terrible service. Won't return calls/emails and very rude. Gave bad payment information that caused me to be charged unnecessary fees and won't fix.
