After being scammed by another foundation repair company that took my money and disappeared, Level Foundations stepped in and saved my concrete block house (at very reasonable cost). If you're looking for an honest, ethical and reasonable contractor to fix your building foundation (wood or concrete), I highly recommend you ask Level Foundations for a quote.

The floor joists and support beams in our home were failing. Brandon’s team replaced all the support beams, reinforced the joists, and actually raised parts of the house that sunk. Walking on the floor doesn’t feel like a trampoline anymore!

Very happy with the finished project and the process start to finish. Brandon had great communication before our start date and had a remarkably accurate scope of work and timeline. Joey kept his team on point and coordinated well with HVAC team, who came in right behind Level. My 100 year old home is ready for the next 100 years. I would definitely recommend Level Foundations.

Brandon with Level Foundations was so helpful and responsive to us we can’t thank him enough for all he did! Even though our issue was with a pier and beam foundation he offered to help us out anyway with his contacts in the industry. He recommended workers to us that all did excellent work and got us back into are house quicker than we ever expected! Thank you Brandon we really appreciate all you did for us!

Thanks Brandon, Joey and the rest of the Level team! We’ve used Level to work on two 100 year old houses in the past 1.5 years, one of which had an incredibly tight crawl space and the other had some time constraints on the project. All of the work was done on time and within the budget we were quoted. We were really impressed with the team and would definitely recommend them!
