I have partnered with Bull Development Corp on a number of commercial projects. In each, Kris went above in beyond to provide stellar communication, professionalism, and quality work. When working with Bull, you can rest assured your project will be completed in a timely manner by a team that will not stop until perfection is achieved.

Our family had put off a bathroom and kitchen renovation for years as the process threatened to be overwhelming and so disruptive. But with Kris and the Bull crew, it was all manageable and even a pleasurable experience! They worked to realize our vision, always were transparent about costs, and communicated incredibly well to ensure mutual expectations. Highly recommend the Bull team!

Kris & the Bull crew were downright amazing! We had all new windows installed by them. They were there when Kris said they would be. They cleaned up as they went along. There were no extra surprise charges. There was always communication. They all work with integrity and kindness which is hard to find these days. It was a joy to have them in our home! I'll be calling him for our next project!

Bull development was hired to paint the exterior of my house. The process was super easy and the results look fantastic. The job was done professionally and there were no surprises or issues. I highly recommend using this company.
