The whole Sky Limit Team a big thank you especially Nick and Rhonda. They were great from the beginning and presented all options clearly and Nick had an excellent understanding of how the whole process works. He was honest and gentle considering our tough situation my husband and I were in. They closed fast on our house just like he said. I only have good things to say about Nick and his team. Thanks again guys…

I had a great experience dealing with these guys. They were very experienced and provided every option to me. Nick was awesome, he communicated everything very clear to me and was readily available by phone to answer any of my questions. They closed in 2 weeks just like he said. They bought the house AS IS. My house needed so much work it was just unbelievable. I just wanted to get rid of it and have no headach…

Nick and his company were great people to deal with. He bought my property in Davie for a fair cash price and closed very quickly just like he said. Great communication from his whole team throughout. He came to see me at my house. Highly recommended.

I truly have to say that dealing with Nick was great! He is very knowledgeable and patient. He was very communicative througout the whole process. He bought the house just the way it was, no repairs were needed and the house really needed a lot of work. I kindly thank you Nick for your great service. Thanks a million!
