This builder claims to build "environmentally sensitive and sustainable designs." This grand Live Oak disagrees. It was to be protected when the original site plan was approved. However the design of the house , and construction activity destroyed the root system and canopy (note the amputated limbs). The "sick" and "damaged" tree (it wasn't at the beginning of the process) is now permitted for removal. A pool wil…

By far the most disappointing process ever. Water stone guaranteed my AUD/Garage to be done months ago. Week by week they false promise. This has been the most difficult process to get work done. Waterstone has missed several deadlines. Theyve have multiple mistakes on the plans which has cause multiple building mistakes. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
