Okay so these guys are legit. Hired LEMA for a commercial job in St. Pete and they just got it. No endless drama, no “oh the materials are delayed again” nonsense. They show up, communicate like normal humans, and actually finish on time. The crew is solid, they know what they’re doing, and they somehow keep things moving without making the whole site a circus. Quality is sharp, safety isn’t just a poster on the wall…

We have worked with LEMA over the last 2 years on a project in Wesley Chapel and have thoroughly impressed with their team in all departments. The construction on the project has gone smoothly and the responsiveness to questions and concerns have never gone un-resolved. LEMA is truly a great contractor and should be considered when building any commercial properties!

Lema has been working on the construction side of the Avalon Park Wesley Chapel development along side us at Nye Commercial who have been assisting in the leasing. It’s been very evident they are a great company that focuses on doing the job right and on time. Would recommend them for any major development or construction project!!
