Alfredo was very thorough with our home inspection, even sending pictures of minor issues that were not substantial enough to belong in the report but that were useful for us to know, such as a clogged drain and poor paint job on the wall. That’s how detail oriented he is. He has a very pleasant and professional demeanor as well and sent the report promptly. We couldn’t have asked for better!

I reached out to ADB to conduct a home inspection as I was approaching the 1 year mark for my new build. Alfredo was great in explaining everything and answering my questions. Very professional and attentive to details. I am thankful as I have my report that will allow me to communicate to the builder items that need to be addressed before warranty expires. Thank you for the peace of mind.

Very good company. They remodel my entire house and did a very good job. They were receptive to my calls when I called about a warranty or repair issue. Honest and reliable company.

With a 100 year-old house you never know what you might find and boy did we find some things. ABD handled them all and never broke stride. Things like water damaged sub floors, foundational sag remediation, water damaged walls in a bathroom, and termite d…
