On April 2nd 2019, a white male with a scruffy beard and many ear piercings, tailgated us on I-95 while flipping us off from Atlantic Ave (Pompano) all the way to Congress Ave (Boca). There were 3 lane closures on at Atlantic Ave (SouthBound 95) forcing everyone to merge to the right most lane. Time was between 6:30pm and 7pm.
