We appreciate your comments but would like to clarify. The 9 Island building in Miami Beach is a project that consisted of two phases, the first of which has been completed on time per the contract. This construction company has been renovating the building 9 Island Avenue in Miami Beach for the last 3 years - it was supposed to be finished by June 2018 and they are still not even close to finishing because they never paid their subcontractors and this is about to go to litigation so you can imagine how frustrating and aggravated everyone in the building is with this company.
