Technicians installed a Dual Air 4 ton GSHP, open loop system about four months ago and the house is warm during this 25/26 winter. There was a minor hiccup two months after installation, and the technician came back to add 2# of refrigerant, and could not find a leak. Update to my review. After posting my original review, I received a call from one of the principals at Cold Flow. He offered to replace the defective reversing valve with a new one. We had a local HVAC technician install the replacement valve, and although the unit operated correctly for about two weeks, it unfortunately failed again. What a great company! I bought a unit with a ColdFlo Dual Air unit. My building shut off the water without notice due to an emergency, and I wasn't home to turn off the unit. To protect itself, it shut itself down and registered a high pressure light. I called the company for a referral to a repair person, and the owner walked me through the reset program. No repair bill, no waiting. Just cool air. YAY.
