He lowered the cost of the repair and fixed the issue quickly. He also promised that if the issue came back, he wouldn't charge me to reaccomplish any worked he already completed (ie snack the drain). The service operator, Crystal, was amazin…

We used John with Crystal Clear Drains for a water heater issue. This was our first time using him and we are now a forever customer. He is very easy-going, explained everything to us more than once if needed. We loved his personality, and he even left my house cleaner than when he came. I would highly recommend him to everyone. Thank you, John for saving us!

Since the beginning of the job John Martinez keep me posted at all times. He did a great job (removal and installation of a new water heater) and provided me a good quality service. He also took the time to keep everything clean. I recommend this company.

The word “drain” in their name is accurate. They can unclog a drain and do a good job Anything else - hire another company. They came in to replace a sink valve in my home- within hours the valve had popped off and my kitchen was flooded. Thankfully I was home and could shut off the main. Otherwise my house would have been ruined by this company - choose wisely. Drains only for this team !
