We had a great experience with Hafke company for our full repipe. They were professional, on time, honest, and very communicative throughout the entire process. Everything was clearly explained, the contract was easy to understand, and the pricing was fair. There was no pressure to add unnecessary services, and they kept the work area clean. We especially appreciated their honesty and accountability. When changes or…

Although not fun circumstances, I had a pipe break in our home that required an emergency appointment to fix and get our water turned back on safely. I’ve used James K Hafke Plumbing several times now, and they’ve been quick, efficient, and honest every single time. Corey in particular has been fantastic. He explains what’s going on, gives me multiple options instead of pushing the most expensive fix, and gets the job done right. It’s rare to find a plumber you can trust completely, and I’m glad I found one. Highly recommend!

Rick, the technician was great! Timely, personable, efficient and effective as best as I can tell. But $600 seems pricey for a Uponor pex leak that was outside, easy to reach, and quick to repair. In the last two years, HAFKE has replaced my water heater and my sewer line, I’m no pro, but this price will lead me to think twice next time.
