On 8-4-25 Plumber Edgardo Pelaez Miller is a great person, very nice, friendly and very customer service person. He took care of the problem and I no longer have the water leak on my bathroom sink. The company should have a lot of workers like him.

The customer representative named Olivia was rude and unprofessional. Instead of answering my questions, she hung up on me. Extremely disappointing customer service.
