Ricardo was very professional and thorough. His attention to detail to the problem was very much needed and appreciated. He even made suggestions concerning improper installation of the toilet which I noticed prior to his visit and he was able to repair and reinstall the toilet even though that was outside the scope of the visit which was for a clogged drain. I will definitely recommend him and this company to everyo…

I live in Port St Lucie and am so thankful to Fort Lauderdale Roto-Rooter for sending someone from their office, nearly 100 miles away, on the Fourth of July. I had an outdoor leak that was flooding my yard and I had no idea where it was coming from or how much water ($$) I was losing every minute. They sent Julian to help me out (nearly two hours drive time) WHAT a nice man. He was very patient and knowledgeable an…

I called at least six different local plumbers, including Roto Rooter. They were first to come (3hrs Earlier than the other guys could come) and updated me with their ETA arrival status along the way via text Which none of the other companies offered or did. Our plumber, Malcolm was Ver…

Jerry was a pleasure to work with. He arrived within an hour of my call and got our clogged drain pipe cleared out promptly. He was very courteous and made sure to leave our home as clean as he found it. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter and will definitely call them again if we have any drainage issues in the future.

Herman the technician was terrific. Great guy no complaints with them at all. The only complaints I would say is they told me 530 and didn’t show up until 8 o’clock and then they charged me $442 to change a shower valve I supplied all the parts also about $150 over price, but what else is new?
