The team at Royal was awesome from the beginning of inspecting my roof through installation of the new one. Got taken all the way around. Charged $470 for tarping, took them 15 minutes and they used my tarp. Work was very shoddy, metal they replaced didn't match, rafter is uneven, apparently they don't guarantee anything, because nobody has contacted me on what they are going to do about it. They just took advantage of storm victims. Too bad for the other victims they took advantage of.
