Had a roof done three years ago and it’s leaking already. They won’t reply to any calls or emails and it’s under warranty. New roof put on entire community in 2019. We have had leaking issues since day 1. They were responsive and came out to fix leaks for a while, but have now stopped answering. Keeps leaking in the same spot and the majority of the homes in the community are leaking as well.

This time they sent the person who replaced my roof so I thought we were in good shape …
