I'm an original owner of the first PAX that had the spring loaded mouth piece. Now on the third generation PAX Mini. Great to see the company continually improving their devices. Nothing but excellent customer service

This is ABSOLUTELY the WORST company EVER !!! Their "Customer Service" is non-existent, unless you just like leaving messages. They NEVER warranty their products, always claiming the issue is not covered. The A920 often double-charges customers, the S300 fails and the A35 usually doesn't batch out, thus losing you several hundred dollars. NEVER USE THEIR PRODUCTS !!!!
