The Why: TBMH doesn’t create cookie cutter homes. These are interesting, high character homes with confident personalities. The team at MTBH has been a delight to work with over the years. Our family has loved this home every single day that we’ve lived in it over the last several years. If we were to build another home in the future, MTBH would be the team we’d reach out to.

I was one of Richard's first builds in Tampa, 2012/2013 (Euclid Avenue). It was a pleasurable experience. I felt honored to live in the Home. He designed what no other builders could, true Master Pieces. He truly wanted to make his customers happy and build beautiful homes. He is and was a visionary leader in Modern Homes. I hope to build another home with him in the future! So happy to see he is still thriving.
