We had a home built with them on a strict timeline and I must say from dealing with the selling agent Kayla to dealing with the building manager Jose . It was nothing but a smooth and pleasant experience. Jose went above and beyond on all measures to assure not only the quality of the work was good, but to make sure every little detail up until the day we closed was to our satisfaction to say the least he needs a ra…

We worked with Domain Homes after Hurricane Milton killed my house with an Oak tree in the roof in 4 places. Domain helped us with every facet of raising our damaged home and building us a brand new home on our lot. This has been an extremely stressful situation and we are truly thankful to Domain and its team of financial and construction partners! Domain's relationship with City Development and its inspectors is…

Contracted with Domain to “build on your lot” a Palmeri model in August 2025. Our tear-down house was demolished in December 2025 and our new build was completed early June 2026, just 5 months later. Everything went more or less according to plan. The Domain team—from everyone in the office to our Project Manager Al Cobos—did an incredible job. We hired a lawyer who specializes in construction to review our contract…

I built my house with Domain Homes. I was able to customize everything inside the house. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the company and the people I worked with. From my construction manager to the sales representative to the COO. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, and that all of my concerns were addressed appropriately and in a timely fashion, both before closing and thereafter…

On the front end we worked with Guy on planning and options. He is a pro. Fast and clear communication. We had one sit down with their interior design team (Jon) to choose options. Very simple and brief. Our construction manager was Brice. …
