This has been an easy experience with a beautiful result. Everyone I dealt with at HPA has been SO pleasant. The team of installers were very hard working and really seemed to enjoy working together. I have never seen such efficiency! Thanks for a beautiful job.

I have attempted to contact HPA 3 times. Called, left messages and no response! I paid alot of money for our windows, we have a failed seal on one of the windows and I feel I have been abandoned! Customer service non existent?

Over sold by sales. Lots of promises that didn't happen. Sent an email for some help with some windows that won't stay up since they didn't test any after installation. Never heard back. Product is good. Install team didn't speak English and it failed inspection so service team had to come out and fix everything.
