I had a great experience with JCI Home Services. They were professional, reliable, and did an excellent job on my home. The team was friendly, arrived on time, and made sure everything was completed correctly. They paid attention to detail, answered all of my questions, and left the work area clean when they were finished. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend JCI Home Services to anyone looking…

What an awesome experience! I only had a small job to do at my rental home in Cape Coral. I just needed a countertop and sink/faucet replaced. A lot of contractors I dealt with made me feel like I was wasting their time with such a small job, but JCI Home Services was the total opposite! JCI Home Services did a fantastic job with backsplash I had them do in my kitchen. Cat was great from the very beginning in helping me pick out what I was looking for. The installation was great- the guys did a great job and even did a great cleaned up. Definitely recommend them- 5 Stars.

We are in September of 2025 and all we have to show is half of the master bath complete. Their inconsistency and lack of communication have been frustrating. We have been dragged along and promised things that never came to fruition. The only consistency we got is when they wanted more mon…
